All prices include a front left breast embroidered logo, no larger than 11cm wide and 5cm high with a maximum stitch count of 7,000 stitches (Unless stated).

 

We reserve the right to refuse logo's we find unsuitable for embroidery (a full refund will be issued)

 

We reserve the right to decline any jobs deemed to be abusive, distasteful or racial by nature.

 

We cannot accept any responsibility for decoration onto your own garments and if any errors occur will not replace your own items.

 

We cannot accept returns on decorated garments, unless we have made an error.

 

All embroidery files remain the property of Individual Design.

 

Embroidered samples are provided via photograph but can be sent via first class post for 99p per sample.

 

ALL vinyl logo's are provided via computer generated sample which will include dimensions.

 

Colours of vinyls and threads may vary from computer generated samples due to screen resolution and calibration.

 

Artwork will be sent for approval. If any error is found after decoration this is the responsibility of the client.

 

Goods will only be dispatched after cleared payment has been received.

 

We aim to dispatch all items within 7-21 Working Days - If there is any delay we will contact you and offer a full refund on items out of stock.
